- In order to keep our products in their purest form, as of 07/01/2025, RootBound Apothecary will no longer use colorants for our magnesium body butters.
- Butters may melt due to extreme temperatures.
- To help reduce the risk of your body butter melting during transit, ice packs are included with your purchase from June - September. Please note Rootbound Apothecary will not be liable for damages resulting from melting during shipping and does not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacement for such occurrences.
- While extreme temperatures may cause our sumptuous butters to soften in transit, rest assured they remain fully usable. Simply return them to room temperature and continue use as suggested.
- Please ensure you are retrieving your order promptly once delivered to minimize melting.
