- In order to keep our products in their purest form, as of 07/01/2025,  RootBound Apothecary will no longer use colorants for our magnesium body butters.
- Butters may melt due to extreme temperatures.
- To help reduce the risk of your body butter melting during transit, ice packs are available upon request for an additional charge. Please note Rootbound Apothecary will not be liable for damages resulting from melting during shipping and does not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacement for such occurrences. If your order is affected, replacement products can be purchased separately at a reduced rate.
- While extreme temperatures may cause our sumptuous butters to soften in transit, rest assured they remain fully usable. Simply return them to room temperature and whisk to your desired consistency.
- Please ensure you are retrieving your order promptly once delivered to minimize melting.
